A knowledgeable, diplomatic, and conscientious Youth and Community Work consultant and researcher with eleven years extensive experience of Higher Education as a Senior Lecturer, and Academic Subject Manager, with over twenty-five years’ experience of Youth and Community Work. Key strengths include the leadership, management and development of diverse, cross-functional teams to deliver academically rigorous and engaging programmes across Youth and Community Work, Foundation Years, and Social Policy. Head of Research Cluster for Youth and Community Work and Foundation Years. Possessing excellent written, verbal, and inter-personal skills and abilities that can be utilised across all levels of Higher Education and professional Youth and Community Work and Social Care Practice.
